Title of Role: Assocciate Brand Manager

Department: Brand Experience

East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Associate Brand Manager to join our Brand Experience team!

The Associate Brand Manager works closely with the North America Brand Manager to work with cross-functional groups to execute strategies and tactics to drive growth.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:

Operation 70% of time

  • Work with Brand team and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and track brand and sales initiatives for North America- new product launches, sampling, sell sheets, packaging updates, ingredient transition, display shippers, etc.
  • Contact point for Marketing cross-functional team updates regarding project status
  • Support the team on NA product packaging projects from concept to press check, including but not limited to ingredient updates, new products, innovation. Leads press check process and feedback communication with the agencies
  • Support product development and assortment for DTC and external marketplaces
  • Submits any packaging/product/project for final Digital Commerce and eCommerce partner validation and approval
  • Support preparing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer research programs for North America, e.g., IHUT, focus groups, consumer panels


People & Culture 20% of time

  • Supports and collaborates with cross-functional team in the commercialization process ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Works in collaboration with R&D team to develop and commercialize new and exciting product ideas
  • Works in collaboration with Marketing and Content teams to support new product launches, brand and product content, and marketing campaigns


Strategic 10% of time

  • Monitors trends and competitive landscape utilizing syndicated data to make recommendations for innovative new products/flavors/packaging formats


WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred experience in CPG
  • Experience managing projects and timelines
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
