Job description

TAGLESS TEES | GROWING BY POPULAR DEMAND FROM A CONSUMER BASE THAT PRIZES COMFORT.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direct supervision of the Inventory Supervisor, this position is responsible for operating a pad printing machine in production to create a tagless label for garments.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm (Days)
Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am (Nights)
Pay: $15/hr
A Typical Day (job functions) | Unbox + Remove Tags + Pad Print + Box + Repeat
Remove tag from garment in order to print branded design onto garment
Operate pad print machine, using a foot pedal, to transfer design (brand/care and contents) onto garment
Fold garments and place in box for next step in production process
Additional Duties (on an as-needed basis)
  • Pulls orders of garments for production teams, on an as-needed basis and other duties as assigned including special projects
  • Verify correct garment, color and sizes pulled by weighing/counting garments.
  • Maintains aisles: clear, cleaned and organized racks
  • Follows the 6S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety

Skills (qualifications) | Accuracy + Repetition + Self-Directed
  • High school diploma preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Accuracy is required, must be able to print design on appropriate area on garment
  • Must understand order form and be able to count
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, etc.; must be able to pick up new software skills quickly
  • Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hrs/day
