Job Summary:

The Cheese Production Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the cheese production process, including preparing, processing, packaging, and inspecting cheese products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, and a commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cheese production, processing, cutting, weighing, and packaging activities.
  • Operate and monitor production equipment as trained.
  • Inspect cheese products for quality, appearance, weight, and packaging accuracy.
  • Measure and record product specifications according to company standards.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production shift.
  • Perform labeling, sorting, and packaging of finished products.
  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
  • Follow proper safety procedures and report any equipment or product issues to supervisors.
  • Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or packaging preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
