We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Production Associate. In this role, they will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the quality and shine of various types of jewelry. The ideal candidate should possess meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques will ensure that our jewelry pieces are presented in their best condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate cleaning methods, solutions, and tools to remove dirt, grime, and tarnish from various types of jewelry pieces.
  • Examine each piece of jewelry before and after the cleaning process to identify any imperfections, scratches, or damage that may require additional attention or repairs.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while handling different types of jewelry and cleaning agents to prevent any damage to the jewelry or potential harm to yourself or others.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and in good working condition. Report any malfunctions or shortages of cleaning materials to the supervisor.
  • Keep track of jewelry pieces that have been cleaned, ensuring accurate records are maintained for tracking purposes. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and materials.
  • Work closely with colleagues, including jewelers, and other team members, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
