Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Manhattan, NY, for a Footwear Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all stages of product lifecycle management, including planning, production scheduling, quality control, and timely delivery. This role involves collaborating with designers, suppliers, and Sales to ensure production aligns with branding guidelines and business goals. The Production Manager will also analyze production processes to optimize efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years minimum in Footwear Production, Strong skills in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and adherence to industry standards
  • Proficiency in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
  • Understanding of supply chain management, vendor coordination, and logistics
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize production processes
