Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

At FM Expressions, we are passionate about quality, teamwork, and innovation. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to support our growing printing and manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where employees may be assigned to areas such as Material Handling, Unloading, Production Support, or Quality Control based on operational needs and individual strengths.

What You’ll Do
  • Support daily production and manufacturing operations
  • Handle, move, load, and unload materials and finished products
  • Assist with the setup and operation of production equipment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
  • Identify and communicate production or quality concerns to leadership
  • Maintain accurate product counts and assist with inventory tracking
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe while following 6S standards
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Cross-train in multiple departments and assist where needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
  • Comfortable visually inspecting small print and color details
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, or production environments
  • Prior quality control experience is a plus, but not required
