Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery is looking for dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will help package finished products, ensure quality standards are met, and support daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Pack products according to company specifications and customer requirements 
  • Inspect products for quality and remove any items that do not meet standards 
  • Ensure the correct labels are applied to cartons and verify label accuracy 
  • Keep packaging equipment supplied with boxes and bag stock 
  • Monitor and operate packaging equipment, including box erectors, label applicators, case sealers, and palletizers 
  • Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and clearing minor jams 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area 
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and company policies 
  • Assist with the sanitation of production areas and equipment 
  • Wrap pallets manually when required 
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards

 Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operator experience preferred 
  • Food manufacturing experience is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors 
  • Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally 
  • Ability to push and pull heavy objects as needed
