Job description

Job Summary:

The primary function of this job will require workers to follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure all products comply with our exceptionally high manufacturing standards and are available to ship as scheduled.

Key Function/Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to follow all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) as indicated below:

a. Bottling/Packaging/Labeling

b. Blending

c. Milling

d. Encapsulating

e. Raw Materials Handling

f. Bulk Packaging and Teas

g. Bulk Capsules

h. Finished Goods

i. Extracts

j. Inspection

2. Ensure no cross-contamination with products

3. Inspect all products during manufacture and packaging while maintaining high-quality standards

4. Inform the Production Supervisor or QC of any and all irregularities or concerns

5. Perform cleaning and sanitation duties according to SOPs; as assigned by management team

6. Treats others with courtesy and respect; understands the value of cooperating with others and teamwork, as well as being able to work independently

7. Understands and follows OWH basic rules, policies and procedures (attendance, safety, business conduct, etc.)

8. Other duties as assigned by management team

Qualifications/Skills:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Certification: NCRC preferred

Experience: 1 years of experience in a production or similar environment is strongly preferred

Skills:

· Must be dependable, accurate, and possess integrity and commitment to high-quality standards

· Ability to perform introductory math/algebra functions to complete Production paperwork

· Strong communication skills (oral and written)

· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team

Other Requirements:

· Able to manage stress appropriately

· Able to work alone/independently

· US Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) required

Physical Requirements: Able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable

accommodation:

· Stand and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours/day)

· Perform repetitive tasks/motions

· Distinguish colors

· Hear alarms/normal speaking voice

· Have good manual dexterity

· Have good eye-hand-foot coordination

· Have clarity of vision
