  • 7:30 am - 4 pm

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery in accordance with food regulations, HACCP, and CGMP standards
  • Assist in the preparation, mixing, and baking of various bakery products while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ensure proper packaging of baked goods, adhering to quality standards and labeling requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools following sanitation procedures
  • Monitor production lines for consistency, quality control, and safety compliance throughout the shift
  • Perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portioning as needed
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs or adjustments
  • Operate other material handling equipment when required for moving ingredients or finished products.
  • Follow all safety guidelines related to food processing, machinery operation, and workplace safety
  • Other duties as assigned by owner or Executive Chef
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3 years of food handling experience
  • Food Handler certification required
  • Allergens certification required

  • Knowledge of food regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards required
  • Understanding sanitation procedures and food industry best practices
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance is desirable
