Position Overview
MetroPlusHealth is seeking a resourceful, creative professional with excellent project management, and networking skills to serve as an Experiential Marketing Production Associate within the Marketing Administration department. As the Experiential Marketing Production Associate, you will help streamline our production operations across our experiential, marketing, communications, customer experience, and sales teams. This role will support driving brand awareness, membership growth, community engagement, and corporate partnership. This is a great opportunity for
someone excited about health equity and wants to serve the diverse communities of New York City.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced culture, is accustomed to managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, and has an interest in community engagement and equitable access to healthcare.

Scope of Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the External Relations and Experiential team.
  • Maintain production schedules.
  • Support sponsorship partnerships.
  • Research, negotiate and initiate orders for vendors, production partners and promotional products, following up from order placement to delivery.
  • Manage and improve communications between stakeholders including vendors and community-based organizations.
  • Conduct completed quantity & usage reports, monthly inventory reports, and production waste reports, aligning with all internal team members on stock levels and concerns.
  • Maintain accuracy of internal tools tracking inventory.
  • Support client meeting and event engagements by producing ad-hoc presentations.
  • Maintain the benefits of active organizational memberships.
  • Analyze metrics for all outreach and relationship management activities to track ROI.
  • Travel in the 5 boroughs of New York City is required.

Required Education, Training & Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; and
  • 2+ years’ relevant work experience, preferably in marketing, community outreach, and/or event planning; or
  • A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in building, delivering, and managing partnership/event-marketing tools and collateral.

Licensure and/or Certification Required

  • Valid driver’s license preferred
