Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Associate in Sumter, SC . If you are interested in this Production Associate position, please apply to this posting. Production Associate Compensation $15.40 per hour paid biweekly Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Production Associate Highlights Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs On-site role in Sumter, SC (29153) Day shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM E shift schedule: 3-2-2-3 (rotating schedule) Steel toe shoes required Vision requirement: eye exam required contingent upon hire (must meet 20/30 vision , with or without corrective lenses; may include color vision exam) Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed Production Associate Responsibilities Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices Set up, operate, perform basic maintenance on, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to quality specifications Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines Inspect parts and use basic measurement tools (may include microscopes) Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment Production Associate Requirements High School Diploma/GED Attendance is mandatory during the first 90 days 0–1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience (entry-level OK) Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally Must be reliable and able to report to work regularly and punctually Production Associate Preferred Qualifications Prior medical device, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience Experience with quality inspection in a production environment Familiarity with basic measurement tools (including microscopes) If you think this Production Associate position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
