Job Description

The Production Worker plays a key role in transforming raw materials into finished products by performing precise measurements, following blueprints, hand-assembling components, and ensuring overall product quality. You work at your own station within a collaborative team environment, supporting machine operators with job setup and contributing to efficient, high-quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture raw materials into finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Use a tape measure to take accurate measurements and mark guidelines on materials.
  • Draw and mark measurement lines to prepare materials for cutting, bending, or assembly.
  • Hand-assemble products, ensuring components fit correctly and meet required dimensions.
  • Bend products to correct angles based on blueprints and job requirements.
  • Work from blueprints and job instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist machine operators with setting up jobs and preparing materials for production runs.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workstation within a team-based production environment.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as assembly and packing as needed.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards throughout the production process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
