Job description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Assistants to join our client's manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production, assembly, inspection, and packaging of products while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to producing quality products.

Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Mon - Fri.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.

Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.

Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products from production lines.

Monitor equipment for proper operation and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.

Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines.

Assist with changeovers, material handling, and other production tasks as assigned.

Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
