Objective of job:

Principal activities:
  • Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the task
  • Take care of internal and external customers and visitors
  • Administer resources/equipment (e.g. meeting rooms, supplies, etc.)
  • Order basic supplies (e.g. spare parts, office supplies, etc.) according to company guidelines
  • Perform and settle organizational tasks (e.g. arrange events, organize travels, etc.) according to company guidelines
  • Prepare and maintain simple documents (e.g. presentations, lists, documentations, instructions, etc.) according to guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested
  • Compile documents (e.g. for meetings, etc.) and check them (e.g. for completeness, classification, etc.) according to guidelines
  • Create simple evaluations, statistics and reports according to clear guidelines; in a common foreign language (e.g. English, French, etc.) as requested
  • Plan, arrange, prepare, track and follow up on appointments (e.g. meetings, etc.)
  • Carry out administrative tasks according to guidelines (e.g. preparing requests/BANFs, handling vacation administration, organizing files, archiving documents, answering and forwarding calls and mail, etc.

Job Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of Administrative experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge with MS Office, Attention to detail, ability to multi task and effective time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and ADP eTime.
  • Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
