LabelInk est un chef de file canadien de solutions d'impression destines l'industrie de l'emballage: tiquettes, emballages flexibles (sachets), manchons thermo rtractables (Shrink Sleeves), tiquettes RFID.

Le quart de travail est du lundi au vendredi de 6h30 15h00.


Vos responsabilits

Gestion de la production
Planifier et coordonner la main-d'uvre;
Assurer le suivi des calendriers, du rendement des quipements;
Optimiser la production;
Assister les oprateurs en cas d'anomalies techniques.


Gestion d'quipe
Former, mobiliser et encadrer les employs;
valuer les performances, identifier les amliorations possibles et laborer des plans d'action.
Promouvoir une attitude positive et une culture d'amlioration continues.


Qualit et conformit
Vrifier la conformit des produits finis aux normes de qualit et aux spcifications;
Surveiller et analyser les carts de production et proposer des mesures correctives.


Entretien et scurit
Surveiller l'tat des quipements et planifier la maintenance prventive.
Coordonner l'achat des matriaux ncessaires avec le planificateur et le directeur de l'usine.
Capacit diriger une quipe, communiquer efficacement et rsoudre les conflits.


Comptences Requises:
3 5 ans d'exprience en tant que chef d'quipe

* Exprience en Imprimerie (un atout)
Connaissance des mthodes/processus de travail des presses flexographiques
Connaissance et application des principes du Lean Manufacturing

Comprhension des processus d'impression et des technologies d'emballage.
Capacit mener plusieurs tches de front et respecter les dlais.
Capacit planifier et coordonner efficacement les activits de production
