Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage temporary employee tracking, assignments, and daily staffing updates.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities with HR and supervisors.
  • Schedule and track required HR, EHS, and production training.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate monthly employee recognition events, lunches, meetings, and department activities.
  • Maintain accurate staffing rosters by work center, supervisor, and department.
  • Update organizational charts, employee assignments, and responsibility changes.
  • Prepare daily production meeting agendas, minutes, and action item follow-up.
  • Generate production reports, KPI updates, staffing reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Production, HR, EHS, Maintenance, Planning, and Shipping.
  • Assist with document control, SOP updates, and other production administrative activities.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
Required:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years administrative experience

Preferred:
  • Experience with machine shop or manufacturing operation is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc.:
Required:
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Experience in working with software pertaining to inventory and purchasing
  • Good in record keeping and filing

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry boxes containing shipping/production documents
  • Must be able to lift and carry product up to 45 lbs.
  • May be required to reach, stand, walk, or crouch in the manufacturing area to visually inspect parts for quality.

Work Environment:
  • Warehouse environment (Must be able to work in both warm and cold conditions)
