Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage theglobalroadmap forMorningstar's Individual Investor groupproducts
  • Ensure there is afocuson delivering positive outcomes forour customersby being their chief advocate
  • Establish the use of generative AI across all areas of our product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering group to drive execution and ensure product managers and designers are providing a high degree of support to counterparts
  • Grow and evolvetheteams'processes and practices around theuse of user research, product testing,and iterative agile development
  • Establish competitive analysis intelligence, market analysis,and customerresearch that aids in the understanding of current and future customer needs
  • Plan the structure and growth of the product managementand design teams
  • Ownthe OKR setting process for your teams, working closely withbusiness partners to ensure alignment andfocusacross theindividualbusiness.
  • Create a higherperforming teamthrough regular feedback,development plans, coaching,goal setting,recurring 1v1s and performance conversations

  • 10+ years of product management experiencewith a strongcustomer-focused mindset.
