Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Operators to join our team in Elgin, IL. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent growth potential. If you are comfortable working with small parts and want to grow your manufacturing career, apply today!


Pay and Shifts


  • 1st Shift: $16.50 per hour | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM





Schedule


  • Monday to Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)


  • Overtime opportunities available on Fridays


Job Duties


  • Assemble and inspect electronic products according to specifications.


  • Perform quality checks and basic product testing to ensure standards are met.


  • Label, sort, and package finished products for shipment.


  • Follow detailed work instructions and production safety standards.


  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.


Qualifications


  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.


  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.


  • Basic computer skills for data entry or tracking.


  • Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.


  • Comfortable working with small parts and utilizing basic hand tools.
