Responsibilities

Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility and accurate operation. Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality and compliance with gaming regulations. Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, currency and player tracking cards and verify information and document discrepancies. Troubleshoot problems by identify defects and execute appropriate fixes and maintain expected rate of output. Train and follow up on new and existing employees.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience with manufacturing assembly processes.
  • Must have basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations as they relate to assigned duties and acquire basic level proficiency with some relevant ERP tools.
  • Must have basic knowledge of/skills in the content areas of communication and teamwork, intermediate mathematics, regulatory and jurisdictional requirements, materials management and production processes.
  • The use of small hand tools is required.
  • Must maintain a good attendance record and be able to stand a full shift and must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and must be able to obtain a gaming card.
  • Must be able to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees, including management.
  • Must have the ability to add and subtract numbers, count and measure.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20/hr -  $24/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
