This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.
DMV's Information Systems Division (ISD) is seeking two (2) motivated individuals to serve as Product Support Assistants. Under the direction of the Product Quality Group Manager, Information Technology (IT) Manager I, the IT Associate (ITA) is responsible for a variety of technical and analytical tasks in support of the Enterprise Modernization Project. The ITA will assist with implementing technology solutions, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with troubleshooting issues.
The role is responsible for:
• Assisting with tracking and updating project schedules
• Supporting testing and assists validation of system changes
• Helping to track and maintain documentation
• Assisting with preparing status reports and maintaining communication logs
This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.

Working Conditions
Telework is available; however, this position may be required to occasionally report to the designated office location in DMV headquarters at 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, California, 95818. Telework requires California residency. Travel expenses related to reporting to the designated office is the employee's own responsibility and is not eligible for reimbursement.
