Job description

A career as a Product Manager within the National Bank Trust team means playing a strategic role at the heart of defining and executing strategies related to fiduciary products and the sector’s pricing strategy.

In this key role, you contribute to the development and evolution of high value-added solutions-specifically our offering in estates, trusts, and philanthropy-by guiding decisions related to innovation, pricing, distribution, and product lifecycle management. You also ensure regulatory compliance and financial performance across the portfolio.


Your role

  • Be responsible for the pricing strategy across all Trust products, including the definition, evolution, and optimization of pricing models, aligned with the value delivered, market dynamics, and profitability objectives
  • Define the product strategy for fiduciary services and lead growth initiatives in alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Identify and assess product evolution opportunities based on client needs, market trends, internal data, and feedback from distribution channels, while defining and tracking key performance indicators
  • Prioritize and structure product optimization and innovation initiatives, including pricing adjustments, offering enhancements, and process simplification, by developing the required analyses and business cases
  • Own the annual product roadmap in collaboration with internal teams and act as the product expert with key stakeholders
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management related to products, while exercising strategic influence with internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in product portfolio management and pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies (market analysis, positioning, performance tracking)
  • Knowledge of fiduciary services, including estates, trusts, and philanthropy (an asset)
