Job description

Overview
Tecolote Research is seeking a Product Management Support Lead to assist with a DHS Component's order product review/tracking, license maintenance tracking, and other related activities.
Responsibilities
Order Product Review and Tracking
  • Review Requests to Initiate Purchase (RIPs) for conformance with templates and recommend revisions.
  • Confirm GSA listed pricing and SIN utilization on GSAAdvantage!®.
  • Align part numbers, quantities, and pricing with historical data and forecasting for renewals.
  • Update the Master License Tracker with RIP information and outyear costs.
  • Assist in updating the SOP for RIP review.
  • Recommend and update the RIP template as needed.
  • Respond to data calls.
  • Update the Support Contract ODC tracker across the contract portfolio, if required

License Maintenance Tracking
  • Upload RIP submissions to product tracking system
  • Process uploads and review and troubleshoot upload issues
  • Run queries on Dataverse database for ad hoc requests
  • Run scheduled quality reviews and audits on the database
  • Investigate and diagnose quality issues and escalate to technical support as needed
  • Ensure automated reports are running properly and flag issues for analytics team

Additional Responsibilities
  • Monitor contract financial status, including obligations and expenditures.
  • Liaise with agencies and provide funding updates.
  • Track status and maintain documentation related to shared services PRs.
  • Develop advanced contract management solutions for effective contract management
  • Support the development of project management workbooks and budget execution activities.
  • Serve as back up to COR Support across the portfolio.

Skills Required
  • US citizenship required
  • 10+ years professional work experience
  • Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform duties independently

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
