What does a product project manager do?

A Product Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to a product's development and delivery. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that the product meets quality standards and business goals. Their role often involves communicating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and adapting plans as needed to keep the project on track.
