Job description

We are seeking a Product Management Intern to join our Product & Solution Center.


Job Description:

  • Assist in analyzing the existing product portfolio, product strategy, cost and revenue structures, and partnership ecosystem.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis on market trends, customer demands, competitor capabilities, and emerging technologies to support product strategy and long-term product planning.
  • Support the collection and consolidation of market and customer requirements, participate in business case analysis, and assist in aligning product development with the company’s product roadmap.
  • Assist in preparing product-related materials, including product white papers, customer-facing documents, presentations, and product promotion materials.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including coordination of acceptance testing, documentation preparation, and internal/external product launch support.
  • Assist in product lifecycle management activities, including product performance tracking, feature updates, and portfolio optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support product planning and implementation initiatives.
  • Support internal product training programs and help prepare training materials for new products and solutions.
  • Assist in product pricing and cost analysis, including pricing research, benchmarking, and support for pricing model development.
  • Support partnership management activities related to product and solution optimization, including vendor coordination and cost optimization initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree (or higher) in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in cloud technologies, networking, or product management.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize information.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is necessary.
