Manufacturing Associate โ€“ Finishing/Bindery (Weโ€™ll Train You!)

2nd shift 2:30PM - 11PM

Weโ€™re hiring anyone who is ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Feed books/signatures into machine.
  • Pack books into cartons.
  • Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
  • Perform hand operations as required.
  • Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.
  • Show up reliably and work well with a team

Physical & Work Environment:

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

  • Walking: Must be able to walk with ease, as some operations require constant walking.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand (almost all jobs operations require long hours) on a concrete floor, or wooden platform.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift various materials weighing up to 50 pounds continuously.
  • Twisting: Must be able to twist/rotate at the waist, up to 90 degrees, when loading or packing.
