This Product Operations Lead role focuses on driving initiatives across a global, 20+ country workforce, standardizing product tool usage (specifically Aha!), and driving AI adoption to enhance product development maturity.

This position is based out of our Alpharetta, Georgia office or Midtown ATL (OAC) office.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

This position is not open to third-party vendors or C2C.

In person interviews are required.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, implement and optimize scalable process improvement strategies to build efficiency and clarity across the product organization.
  • Optimize usage of AI to drive operational efficiencies, quality, and maturity of the product organization.
  • Champion a product-led culture and continuous improvement philosophy by identifying maturity gaps and supporting upskilling efforts.
  • Standardize meeting materials and reporting formats for key executive and quarterly planning reviews.

Roadmap Tool Owner & Business Analysis:

  • Drive tool usage standardization efforts across a globally distributed workforce in 20+ countries.
  • Drive AI usage to optimize maturity of the product development process and in combination with other tools across the enterprise.
  • Lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, and customization of our enterprise product tool (Aha!) to support product planning and execution.
  • Independently guide stakeholder teams to set up and tailor workflows within established guidelines, maintaining clear configuration policies and documentation.
  • Govern license management and usage across the platform to maximize the investment.
  • Analyze key insights to identify variances, anomalies, and underlying operational trends to support executive decision-making.
  • Define, standardize, and maintain core metrics and calculation methodologies to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across product lines.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Finance) to track critical initiative health and NPI program metrics.
What Experience You Need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Business Analysis & Product Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Analyst, or Product Manager in a technology or data-driven organization.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proven track record in business intelligence reporting, defining key performance indicators, and analyzing complex data to solve stakeholder problems.
  • Frameworks & Methodologies: Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies and standard project management frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence without authority, and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
What Could Set You Apart
  • Tool Expertise: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and optimizing product and project management platforms (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Smartsheets).
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to accelerate and optimize work across the product management lifecycle.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile credentials.
  • Process improvement experience or certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Practical experience applying Design Thinking frameworks (e.g., user personas, empathy mapping, rapid prototyping) to solve business challenges.
  • Experience leading strategy, planning, or enablement initiatives for internal digital transformation efforts.
