Job description

Company Description BluePill AI builds “AI consumers” — digital twins of real audiences trained on social, survey, and research data — that think and react like actual customers. Brands use BluePill to rapidly test product concepts, packaging, creatives, and brand collaborations, gaining consumer insight in minutes instead of weeks. The platform delivers highly accurate simulations of real-world reactions, validated against live human panels for reliability. BluePill’s AI consumers continuously update their opinions based on cultural and market shifts, closely mirroring human behavior. The company recently demonstrated 93% accuracy compared to live human responses, showing that AI can now match human insight at scale.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally sharp, hungry, and resourceful Product & Operations Associate to work closely with the CEO across the company.

This is a true generalist role.

You will be managing a team of AI Agents.

On any given day, you might help launch a customer project, analyze consumer research, test a new product feature, prepare for a customer meeting, improve an internal process, research a new market, coordinate with the product team, or take an idea from the CEO and turn it into something real.

Your primary responsibility is simple: help the CEO and the broader BluePill team get important things done.

You’ll get exposure to nearly every part of building an early-stage AI company — product, customers, operations, research, sales, strategy, and everything in between.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO on high-priority projects across the company
  • Create and manage AI Agents
  • Help manage and execute customer research and AI Consumer Twin projects
  • Support product development by testing features, identifying issues, synthesizing feedback, and helping define improvements
  • Analyze survey, consumer, customer, and product data to identify useful insights
  • Prepare customer meetings, presentations, proposals, analyses, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, research, sales, and customer teams to keep projects moving
  • Research markets, customers, competitors, industries, and new opportunities
  • Build lightweight processes and systems as the company scales
  • Use AI tools aggressively to automate work and dramatically increase your output
  • Jump into special projects whenever something important needs to get done

There will be projects that don't fit neatly into a job description. That is part of the job.

Who You Are

We care much more about your ability and attitude than the exact logo on your resume.

You’ll likely be a great fit if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting, startups, product, operations, research, analytics, strategy, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Are extremely organized and reliable
  • Learn quickly and are comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing
  • Are comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Have high attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Are naturally curious about products, consumers, AI, and how businesses work
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Have a strong bias toward action — when you see something that needs to be done, you do it
  • Are excited to use AI as part of your everyday workflow

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a traditional entry-level operations job.

You'll work directly with the founder and CEO and get a front-row seat to how an AI startup is built — from product decisions and customer conversations to strategy, sales, research, and company building.

For someone who wants to eventually become a founder, product leader, operator, or startup executive, you'll get exposure and responsibility that would normally take years to accumulate elsewhere.

The upside comes with expectations: we move quickly, standards are high, and you'll be trusted with meaningful work from day one.

Compensation

  • $60,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and fit.
  • Medical Benefits covered
