Keysy is a Utah-based startup modernizing the pre-owned vehicle shopping experience. Offering a true omnichannel shopping solution through its two-sided marketplace, Keysy bundles the best of online and in-person car buying for an unmatched shopping experience. Keysy is founded and led by startup and industry veterans, and backed by Philo Ventures, a Utah-based venture studio. Keysy is looking for a strategic Sr. Product Manager to lay the foundation for a world-class product management team. This will be an exciting and dynamic role, critical to the success of Keysy, with the opportunity for significant personal upside associated with the company’s success.

The Role:
This role is a strategic early hire for Keysy, intended to accelerate Keysy’s pace of product development. The Sr. Product Manager will work directly with Keysy founders to continue refining and delivering on Keysy’s strategic vision. In addition to a track record of managing product definition and delivery from the ground up, the successful candidate will have a passion for creating value through entrepreneurial efforts, creative problem solving, strategic thinking extending beyond the traditional limits of the product purview, and effectively communicating strategy to influence executive decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage closely with core user groups--pre-owned vehicle delaers and buyers--to understand their needs and define responsive product requirements
  • Manage feature development throughout the entire product lifecycle; from discovery and design to development, user feedback, and further iteration
  • Own and manage delivery against product roadmap and backlog
  • Work with leadership to align roadmap with company goals and objectives
  • Clearly communicate roadmap and strategy to internal and external groups with the appropriate amount of detail for each audience type
  • Own and continually improve internal product management processes and procedures
  • Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of products
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to Keysy company leadership, creating value wherever and however possible
Required Qualifications & Capabilities:
  • Meaningful product management experience owning delivery of high-quality products within an agile SaaS environment
  • Understanding of and ability to implement and scale product management best practices
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, organization, and analytical skills
  • Bias for action and comfort with a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and provide product support
  • Experience training internal teams and external customers on new product features

  • Automotive retail industry or digital marketplace experience
  • Undergrad and graduate degrees from top universities in strategy, product management, computer science, or a related field
