What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Senior Product Manager on the Protections team, you'll shape the digital experiences that help millions of people confidently protect their families and financial future through insurance. You'll own key customer journeys, creating intuitive, trustworthy experiences that help customers make important financial decisions with confidence. This role is pivotal in transforming the Protections team from delivering digital projects to building customer-centered digital products that drive long-term growth. 


Working with a cross-functional squad of designers, engineers, marketers, and business partners you'll identify customer problems, validate solutions, and work on product that creates meaningful value for both our customers and the business. You'll balance long-term product strategy with day-to-day execution, using customer research, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve the experience.

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing digital products from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • You’re passionate about understanding customer needs and turning insights into experiences that solve real problems.
  • You have a strong track record of defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • You're well-versed in running experiments, interpreting customer behavior, and using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product experiences.
