SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking an experienced Product Manager to coordinate our Back Office Administration and User Management product suite, including Q2 built and integration of partner solutions. We are looking for a product manager who thrives at the center of a modern, AI-enabled team-owning outcomes while empowering the team to move fast, learn quickly, and deliver meaningful value to customers. You will act as the connective tissue between business strategy, user needs, and technical execution. Working closely with research/design and engineering, you will continuously improve product quality, usability, and adoption. You will develop and manage roadmaps, drive strategic planning, deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customer's back office users. You don't just manage a backlog-you shape it into a clear, prioritized path that enables rapid experimentation, predictable delivery, and continuous learning. You will act as an expert on customer needs and manage digital banking solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.

You will evolve custom solutions into scalable products and evangelize key strategies across teams. Strong analytical, design, and financial thinking skills are essential, along with a client-centric approach to product management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Define and drive product strategy for account opening and onboarding solutions
โ€ข Collaborate with other Product Managers to align products with company strategy
โ€ข Manage products across all lifecycle phases
โ€ข Handle vendor relationships and align forward roadmaps
โ€ข Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated
โ€ข Scope, plan, and execute work across multiple engineering and product teams
โ€ข Identify opportunities for new trends/features/products
โ€ข Build product business cases using research, industry expertise, and financial knowledge
โ€ข Assess risk of value, feasibility, and usability for product success
โ€ข Communicate value and vision effectively to stakeholders
โ€ข Engage with clients via Success and Sales teams as needed
โ€ข Champion end-user experience and integrate best-in-class front-end design
โ€ข Work with Release Management teams for release documentation and internal training
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
โ€ข Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years of relevant experience
โ€ข Financial services, banking, or fintech experience; account opening/onboarding experience preferred
โ€ข Agile experience, including all phases of product lifecycle
โ€ข Previous customer-facing roles
โ€ข Experience evolving custom solutions to scalable products
โ€ข Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
โ€ข Excellent communication and data analysis skills
โ€ข Self-starter with ability to deliver results
