In this role you will represent internal stakeholders as part of a team providing a best of class data lake / warehouse, visualizations and reporting, enterprise messaging, API access, and externally facing data sharing.  This Product Manager - Data & Analytics role is a highly analytical product role that requires detailed and efficient product discovery with many different sets of stakeholders, excellent communication, and strategic thinking from a progressive technologist.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Intake needs and priorities from many internal/external stakeholders 
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders 
  • Analyze, assess, and articulate impact and cost of competing priorities  
  • Write user stories, detailed acceptance criteria and manage a prioritized product roadmap  
  • Analyze, manage, iterate, and track the continued success of features in production 
  • Lead/participate in agile ceremonies: design sessions, retros, demos, etc.  
  • Explain “the why” behind any product feature decision 

Product/Role Specific:  

  • Overland Park, KS hybrid (Tue-Thur in office) 
  • Less than 10% travel required  
  • Member of the TreviPay Product and Technology team  

Education, Experience, Certification Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong practical knowledge of agile SDLC methodologies 
  • 2 years of experience with Business Intelligence/Analytic solutions 
  • Firm understanding of relational databases within cloud infrastructure 
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, service-oriented architecture 

Preferred Education, Experience, Certification Requirements  

  • Experience creating data visualizations in Sisense, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar visualization tool 
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or similar cloud-based data lake/warehouse 
  • Familiarity with SQS/SNS, RabbitMQ, or similar pub/sub messaging 
  • Ability to create and interpret basic SQL scripts
