What You'll Do

We'reย looking for aย Product Manager to join our Data & Analytics organization, supporting the Strategy Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience product team.ย 

This space sits at the intersection of business strategy and data-driven decisionย making,ย helping ourย businessย sharpen how they go to market, understand their customers, and shape long-term strategic direction.ย It'sย a dynamic, cross-functional environment with opportunities to bring a strong product lens to how we discover, prioritize, and deliver solutions that make a real difference.ย 

In this role, you will beย embedded in a product trio alongsideย an Engineering Tech Lead and an Analytics Tech Lead, partneringย withย executive leaders andย stakeholders across Strategy, Marketing, and CX toย deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes forย ourย business.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Partner withย theย product trio and cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic business goals through strong product leadershipย 
  • Lead discovery efforts toย identify, frame, and prioritize high-impact opportunities forย internal stakeholdersย and businessย partnersย 
  • Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy aligned to enterprise goals and long-term value creationย 
  • Monitor product health using performance indicators and metrics, recognizing their connection to strategic outcomes.ย 
  • Influence and align collaborators across the organization, driving decisions that balance customer needs, data and technology capabilities, and business prioritiesย 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and analytics partners to translate strategy into clear direction and measurable outcomesย

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$110000 - $133000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment

This role offers in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), in Des Moines, IA. Youโ€™ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
