Job Description

In this role, you will impact the success and expansion of Honeywell’s semiconductor business by establishing robust business plans, fostering key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver market-leading solutions and financial results.

A critical aspect of the role is to coordinate across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to build an enterprise value proposition for Semiconductor customers and develop integrated sales opportunities across SBGs.

Semiconductor opportunities are present globally but are primarily weighted into two regions: East Asia (especially in Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore) and the United States. This role also requires ability to work well across global cultures and time zones and collaborate well with multiple functions.

You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of Industrial Automation, given IA’s Industrial Measurement & Control business is the largest portion today and IA serves as the lead business fronting the enterprise’s efforts in Semiconductor customers. The role will be based in one of Honeywell Technologies’ US hub locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the semiconductor vertical including go-to-market plans, customer segmentation, and revenue stream identification.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize product portfolio, enhance customer value propositions, and drive innovation and offerings aligned with market trends & customer needs.
  • Own the financial performance of the vertical globally at enterprise level, helping deliver the business P&L for Semiconductors, cost management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement a strong Strategic Enterprise Account management program that partners with top customers to help deliver their longer-term growth and operational needs.
  • Drive the Honeywell Technologies brand and reputation within the Semiconductor vertical from thought‑leadership, presence building in trade shows/events to marketing campaigns and ABM.
  • Coordinate across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to develop an integrated enterprise value proposition and create cross‑SBG sales opportunities for Semiconductor customers across Global Regions
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a diverse and high‑performing team aligned with Honeywell’s culture and values.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in business management, sales, or offering management within the semiconductor or related high‑tech industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth and financial performance with strong P&L understanding.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
  • Experience with managing cross‑functional teams and driving execution and operational excellence.
  • Sales & marketing experience, especially dealing with large, global strategic accounts.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry trends, technologies, and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business units and global cultures to develop integrated solutions, value propositions and to close opportunities.
