Establishes and maintains a long-term, sequenced product roadmap that delivers near-term client value while expanding intelligence, personalization, and capability over time, in partnership and alignment with the firm’s enterprise AI strategy.Leads complex, cross-functional initiatives across B2B and B2C experiences, including AI-powered virtual assistants, conversational analytics, and intelligent reporting. Owns outcomes end-to-end, from initial definition and compliant launch through expansion and optimization.
