The Product Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, gathers user requirements, defines product features, and ensures that RIS and PACS solutions meet the needs of hospitals and clinics. Their role is critical in bridging technical teams and healthcare providers to deliver effective imaging informatics solutions.

Product Managers for RIS/PACS often serve as a bridge between clinical users (such as radiologists and technicians) and technical teams (like software developers and IT specialists). They facilitate regular meetings to gather clinical requirements, clarify workflows, and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements. Close collaboration ensures that solutions address real-world imaging challenges, comply with healthcare regulations, and integrate seamlessly with existing hospital systems. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for delivering products that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
