WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Product to help shape the future of health intelligence for millions of members. In this role, you will define and execute product strategies that improve health outcomes across key healthcare domains including women's health, cardiometabolic health, mental health, and preventive health. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, you will deliver innovative, evidence-based experiences that transform complex health data into actionable insights, helping members better understand and improve their health.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and drive product strategy for healthcare experiences, identifying opportunities to help members gain deeper visibility into their health and make informed decisions that improve outcomes
  • Develop and prioritize an outcomes-driven product roadmap, balancing member value, scientific rigor, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring healthcare products and features from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Champion member needs through research, feedback synthesis, and data analysis, ensuring products deliver meaningful, engaging, and trusted experiences
  • Leverage data and experimentation to evaluate product performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve member engagement and health impact
  • Help shape WHOOP's AI-powered health intelligence vision by building experiences that adapt to each member's unique physiology, health goals, and life stage
  • Ensure healthcare features are developed responsibly, adhering to applicable regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and scientific best practices
  • Stay informed on emerging healthcare technologies, consumer health trends, clinical innovation, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated track record of shipping successful consumer-facing digital products
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, digital health, regulated products, clinical product development, or related domains
  • Knowledge of healthcare product development considerations, including clinical validation, health data, regulatory frameworks, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), is preferred
  • Expertise or strong interest in one or more areas such as women's health, exercise physiology, sleep health, nutrition, mental health, cardiometabolic health, or preventive care
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and member insights to inform product decisions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence across teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Passion for improving health outcomes and advancing WHOOP's mission to unlock human performance and healthspan
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

Interested in the role, but don't meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company's long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $215,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
