We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Owner/Product Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining, developing, and enhancing digital and in-store experiences for restaurant customers, operators, and crew. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring technology solutions that drive business performance, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends in the QSR or hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, operations, engineering, and design to align product strategy with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and manage product backlogs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Lead discovery efforts to deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities through research and analytics.
  • Deliver innovative digital experiences across mobile apps, kiosks, drive-thru, POS, loyalty, or kitchen display systems.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize for ROI, customer experience, and operational KPIs.

  • Proven experience managing digital and/or in-store restaurant technology platforms (e.g., mobile ordering, delivery, loyalty, POS).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with loyalty and rewards program mechanics in the food and beverage industry.
  • Understanding of data analytics, guest feedback, and performance dashboards to drive feature enhancements.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern architecture for restaurant systems.
