  • Manage tradeoffs across core platform development, customer-specific enhancements, technical debt, and emerging surge requirements
  • Lead delivery through balanced, cross-functional teams using agile development practices that maximize speed, quality, and mission value
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and user organizations to align platform priorities with enterprise objectives and funded use cases
  • Oversee product governance, including prioritization forums, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes for roadmap changes and new features
  • Ensure the platform continues to mature across enterprise data integration, application development, user experience, modeling and simulation, and decision-support capabilities

  • Experience delivering applications into production in government, defense, or other highly regulated mission environments
  • Experience managing enterprise software, analytics, data, or platform capabilities across multiple stakeholders or user groups
  • Demonstrated ability to translate mission or business needs into technical requirements, product roadmaps, and delivery priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams spanning engineering, data, UX, analytics, and subject matter experts
  • Technical familiarity with modern digital product environments and industry-standard tools, including front-end frameworks, relational and analytical data platforms, cloud-native and managed services, UX/prototyping tools, and DevSecOps-enabled delivery practices
  • Knowledge of cross-domain solution requirements and experience supporting data, workflows, or applications that operate across security domains or classification boundaries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to brief senior leaders and drive alignment across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications
