Job description

Position Overview:

The Product Manager is a part of the HomeServe Product Management team and will report to the Director of Product Management. The Product Management team is responsible for overseeing HomeServe’s core product portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will work with the team to help organize and define our various product lines as well as participate in developing product roadmaps and planning strategy. The Product Manager will work closely with other internal teams, such as Partner Success, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Repair Management, Finance (and other business functions), to maintain their product lines for customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines.
  • Drive the development of product roadmaps for assigned product lines with a goal to improve customer experience and product performance.
  • Act as product lead for and manage relationship with assigned Partner Success team.
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting customers, clients, and compliance needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for our contact center regarding product questions.
  • Develop and report on key product metrics as necessary.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to help understand gaps and inform future product development.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 6-8 years relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience analyzing reports and identifying key trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize on a short-term and long-term basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Must possess initiative, balanced judgment, objectivity, and the ability to plan.
  • Ability to take direction and work toward completion of a goal while communicating progress and roadblocks as appropriate.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
  • Experience with the home services industry and/or subscription-type membership products is a plus.

Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $85,000 - $120,000

Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
