Job Description:

In this role, the Product Manager will be part of the global development team. This role reports to the Director of Product Management. The right individual will have aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and have the ability to do so on the job.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Product Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  • Invent, design, and document functional requirements for our SaaS based product offerings
  • Review user usage analytical data and conduct customer outreach to prioritize the product roadmap
  • Work with the development team directly to ensure understanding of requirements
  • Work closely with UX team to ensure feature requirements are intuitive and pleasing to use
  • Present features and value case to senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to educate and inform of new functionality


Qualifications:

  • Passion for problem-solving and inventing 
  • Understanding of Product Lead Growth methodologies
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Past experience in designing user experiences and platform capabilities for software products.
  • Strong technical background, ability to dive into the technical details is required.
  • Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in converting business and technology requirements into the requirement for engineering development teams for enterprise scale projects
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, in particular SCRUM, is preferred
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment
  • Ability to communicate with customers and translate their requirements to the technical teams
  • Ability to envision solutions that combine hardware and software
