Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager (Building Materials – Seattle)

📍 Tukwila (Greater Seattle Area)

Build, sell, and lead.

We supply high-quality quartz and stone slabs from Lux Quartz Vietnam, with readily available inventory across the U.S., serving fabricators, contractors, and trade partners throughout the Greater Seattle area.

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Sales Manager / Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and lead daily sales operations at our Tukwila-based slab warehouse.

This is a player-coach role — ou will both close deals and build a disciplined, high-performing sales process for a small team.

Compensation

$70,000 – $90,000/year base salary + commission (based on performance)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily sales activities and personally handle key accounts and major deals
  • Manage incoming leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closing
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Coach and manage a small sales team to hit revenue and margin targets
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse operations on inventory, reservations, and deliveries
  • Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, kitchen companies, and trade accounts
  • Improve pricing discipline and optimize gross margin
  • Help establish SOPs, sales processes, and KPI tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (building materials, stone, countertops, kitchens, or interiors preferred)
  • Proven ability to both sell and lead a team
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and accountable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment
  • Valid driver’s license (local travel required)
