Production Machine Operator - Full Time
Location: West Memphis, AR
Company: Automated Conveyor Systems, Inc. (Employee-Owned)
About the Role
We're seeking a full-time Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position will be trained to set up and operate various types of machinery used in the production of conveyor equipment and material-handling systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to accurately read a standard tape measure down to 1/32"
  • Ability to convert decimal measurements to fractions and vice versa using a conversion chart
  • Basic welding knowledge
  • Ability to follow supervisors' instructions, safety rules, and established work procedures
  • Ability and willingness to use required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and gloves
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional manufacturing or machine-operation experience
  • Experience setting up and operating a manual lathe
  • Experience setting up and operating a vertical mill

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • Some overtime may be available or required
