Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Experience defining product value propositions, target customer segments, and business cases.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, cost modeling, and pricing strategy development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Technical understanding and industry knowledge relevant to data protection technologies and solutions.

Experience:

  • Experience leading end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmaps.
  • Experience working with engineering, supply chain, marketing, pricing, and sales teams.
  • Experience managing third-party product integrations and joint solution positioning.
  • Experience supporting product launches and governance requirements.
  • Experience working with go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all product lifecycle phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and pricing teams to optimize product success and margins.
  • Demonstrate understanding of data protection technology, market trends, and customer needs for effective market positioning.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to structure and position competitive joint solutions.
  • Perform cost modeling and develop pricing structures to meet margin expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with new product introduction and launch governance requirements.
  • Support development of technical and marketing content including white papers, reference architectures, and communication packages.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate demand and build sales pipelines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for products and joint solutions.
  • Support customer deal engagement, product configuration, quoting, and pricing escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships and support quarterly business reviews.

Should Have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
