As a Senior Engineer, Global Product Management, you'll drive ASM's product strategy and market leadership by shaping the product roadmap, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and engaging with customers to deliver solutions that push the boundaries of innovation. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across disciplines, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and influence the future of semiconductor technology.

What you will be working on
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap - Identify key market opportunities and develop product roadmaps to enhance ASM's market position.
  • Product Lifecycle Management - Drive products from concept to high-volume manufacturing and eventual obsolescence.
  • Market Requirements Specification (MRS) & Business Planning - Define market requirements, conduct competitive analysis, and develop business plans.
  • Customer & Supplier Engagement - Lead technical discussions with customers, create strategic presentations, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize cost, specifications, and timelines.
  • Financial & Market Analysis - Work with finance to assess product profitability, manage cost models, and develop pricing strategies.
  • New Product Introductions - Support product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and executive alignment for new product launches.
  • Technical & Marketing Support - Develop key marketing materials, support sales training, and lead product promotions at conferences.
What we are looking for
  • PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or semiconductor equipment technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, product management, or product marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor capital equipment, supply chain, and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers, presenting technical marketing materials, and defining product value propositions.
