Description This position is available to be filled at any Huntington corporate office location. Summary: The Product Owner, Small Business Product Innovation will support the development and launch of new digital capabilities designed to help small business owners access guidance, complete important tasks, and connect with Huntington capabilities in more timely, useful, and personalized ways. This role will work closely with product leadership, business stakeholders, technology, digital, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, and customer-facing teams to translate product strategy into requirements, customer journeys, backlogs, pilot plans, and iterative releases.

The Product Owner, Small Business Product Innovation serves as the domain owner for a priority small business digital product area. This leader will combine customer empathy, product discipline, commercial judgment, and cross- functional leadership to build customer-centered digital solutions that address real small business needs and create measurable value. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product builder who is comfortable with ambiguity, energized by small business customer needs, and able to move from concept to execution while balancing speed, customer value, business impact, and regulatory discipline.

This is a product owner role with general manager accountability for the assigned small business digital product area. The role requires a builder mindset, strong product judgment, and the ability to work across a regulated enterprise while maintaining momentum, clarity, and accountability for outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development of new digital product capabilities for small business customers.

Serve as the general manager for the assigned small business product area, making integrated decisions across customer experience, product strategy, technology feasibility, marketing, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, distribution, and commercialization. Translate product strategy into customer journeys, user stories, requirements, backlogs, MVP scope, release plans, and success metrics. Partner with business, technology, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to move concepts through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.

Conduct customer, banker, advisor, and market discovery to identify unmet needs and product opportunities. Define and prioritize product features based on customer value, business value, feasibility, risk, and adoption potential. Support pilots, testing plans, experimentation, feedback loops, and product performance reporting.

Track product metrics related to adoption, engagement, repeat usage, customer satisfaction, lead generation, and business impact. Help ensure digital solutions integrate with Huntington's human channels, including bankers, branches, advisors, and relationship teams. Synthesize recommendations from functional experts and make clear prioritization and tradeoff decisions for the assigned product area.

Monitor fintech, small business, AI, SaaS, and digital product trends to inform the product roadmap. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of related experience in product management, digital product, digital platforms, innovation, technology, fintech, financial services, consulting, marketing technology, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience owning product requirements, roadmaps, delivery backlogs, launch plans, and performance metrics. Experience leading cross-functional work across business, technology, design, analytics, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and customer-facing partners. Experience with small business products, fintech, SaaS, digital tools, customer portals, workflow products, or AI- enabled experiences.

Experience acting as a domain-level product owner or general manager for a digital product, platform, customer experience, or growth initiative. Experience translating customer needs into product requirements, MVPs, pilots, and measurable product improvements. Familiarity with agile delivery, product analytics, user testing, experimentation, and digital adoption measurement.

Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, speed to market, and risk/control requirements. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with technology, design, analytics, marketing, risk, legal, and compliance partners. Ability to synthesize recommendations from functional experts and make clear prioritization decisions.

Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving decisions without waiting for perfect information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity about emerging technology, small business needs, and the future of digital financial services.

Compensation Range: Total Base Pay Range 125,000.00 - 255,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan
