As a UX Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by leading the design and enhancement of products, systems, and services. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results, guiding teams through complex challenges and fostering innovative solutions. In this role, you will validate outcomes with clients, share diverse perspectives, and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement. You will lead teams through ambiguity, demonstrating composure and sound judgment in uncertain situations. Responsibilities

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
