We are looking for a Technical Product Enablement Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, adoption, and continuous enhancement of our platform ecosystem.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

Product Implementation & Configuration    Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new retail customers.    Configure solutions based on client requirements.    Define implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and deployment readiness.    Support production launches and parallel-run activities.Product Enablement & Platform Development    Build reusable onboarding frameworks and implementation accelerators.    Create standardized onboarding templates and deployment playbooks.    Design scalable onboarding methodologies that reduce implementation effort.    Develop reusable platform assets that support future customer implementations.Business Analysis & Product Requirements    Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.    Analyze retailer workflows and operational processes.    Document business requirements and functional specifications.    Create user stories and acceptance criteria.Retail Promotion & Merchandising SolutionsData onboarding and integration coordination for product catalogs, pricing files, promotional data, digital assets, vendor content, and consumer data feeds.

Qualifications

Required    3-8 years of experience in one or more of the following:      -Product Implementation      -Technical Onboarding      -Business Analysis      -Product Operations      -Retail Technology      -SaaS Platformsx`      -Enterprise Software Delivery    Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.    Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.    Experience working with cross-functional teams.    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
