Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Print Account Manager to join our growing team at Range Printing - where creativity meets precision. In this role, you'll develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction across every project, and help drive business growth through exceptional service and print expertise.

What You'll Do
Client Relationship & Business Development
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts, building long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Meet with customers or sales reps to gather job specs and make recommendations for quality, efficiency, and value.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
  • Provide timely, proactive feedback to the company regarding customer concerns or opportunities.
  • Promote Range Printing's mission, values, and capabilities to clients and the public.

Project & Production Management
  • Learn and maintain a deep understanding of Range Printing's capabilities - from offset and digital to wide format and specialty finishing.
  • Analyze client needs and provide smart, creative print solutions that fit their goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate cost estimates, converting them into live orders once approved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Manage proofs, approvals, and production schedules, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy and completeness before invoicing.
  • Invoice clients promptly and accurately upon job completion.

Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with production, design, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Answer client inquiries quickly and professionally, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Identify and suggest internal process improvements that enhance quality or efficiency.
  • Function as a positive, contributing team member - supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or print account management.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes (offset, digital, large format, finishing, bindery).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MIS/ERP systems (EPMS, EFI Pace, etc.) is a plus.
