We're seeking a Product Development Manager, Apparel, Accessories & Trim to support the execution of Bandit's global production strategy across the accessories and trim categories. Reporting to the Senior Raw Materials Manager, this role owns the full-cycle development and production process, from sourcing execution through delivery, while partnering closely with Design, Raw Materials, Pre-Production, and Production.

Requirements

Apparel & Trim Product Development

  • Execute seasonal trim sourcing and development across all categories (labels, hangtags, tapings)
  • Manage seasonal trim testing, partnering with suppliers to flag and resolve issues early
  • Support the Senior Raw Materials Manager on sample yardage inventory, fabric testing, counter-sourcing, and fabric library records
  • Maintain accurate seasonal material information in product management systems
  • Manage seasonal lab-dip requests end to end, from design handoff through production approval
  • Own and maintain Product Development tracking tools across the full development cycle
  • Communicate daily with domestic and global vendors to keep timelines on track
  • Support costing reviews, including reverse engineering strategies, as directed by department goals
  • Flag and help resolve production issues specific to trim and fabric to protect quality and delivery timing
  • Collaborate with Design, Tech, and cross-functional partners to execute product strategy
  • Manage tasks against the seasonal calendar and flag needed changes proactively
  • Participate in and present at seasonal development and production milestone meetings
