The Marketing & Development Manager, Bluebonnet Life (BBL) is responsible for driving the performance of the promotion and sale of BBL products. The incumbent will partner with the Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Sales Team and Certified Agents to provide education, training, performance reporting and marketing plans and ensure achievement of sales and retention goals. The Marketing & Development Manager will also serve as a support liaison between Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi and external partners of ancillary products, providing seamless service excellence. The incumbent will provide performance reporting and monthly monitoring, addressing barriers and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Job-Specific Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
  • Three years experience in insurance sales or account management is required.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills to ensure a professional company image is projected at all times.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organizational skills in order to successfully prioritize tasks and perform to ensure individual benchmarks are consistently met.
